Ask Life has submitted plans for 121 residential units and 25,136 sq ft commercial space at the Compstall Mills estate in Cheshire.  Plans include refurbishing the Victoria and Albert Mills to create 58 apartments and teh replacement of Scoland Mill by New Scotland Mill, featuring 32 two bed duplex apartments overlooking Etherow Country Park.  Ask Life also plans to build 29 new family houses.  The scheme will have a minimum Eco Homes target of Very Good.  Mill production ceased in 1966, although a number of small businesses trade from the premises.
